Busy busy busy

Sorry, I haven't posted anything for My inspiration Mondays today. Not that there's nothing inspiring me - there's heaps getting my brain ticking over - I've just been busy dealing with the rest of my feijoas.

My friend, Heather, came over with a whole bunch of fruit too, so we've both been cutting, scooping and stewing. She's putting her lot in the freezer to make a crumble later, while I put all my feijoas into a crumble for tonight's bible study.

It's amazing that one huge bag of feijoas only made one crumble. If I'd wanted to I could have padded it out with apples, but I was keen to use up the feijoas before they went bad.

Right now the crumble is baking away in the oven, and I'm about to make a sweet cabbage salad to go with dinner. Although I can hear my daughter cooing from her cot, so that might side track me first.
