Tsh sent me a copy of One Bite at a Time to review last week and I don't think it could have been better timing. It certainly felt like a God moment when it arrived in my inbox.
Prior to starting it, my head was spinning with all the things I was trying to remember to do. I was jumping from task to task, starting things so I wouldn't forget them, only half finishing them before beginning the next task I thought of, forgetting what it was I had been thinking about 30 seconds before, never seeming to get anywhere on my to do list.
It was stressful.
But then I started working through the steps in One Bite at a Time and breathed a huge sigh of relief as I realised there was a better way to live. A way that helps me prioritise the things that really matter to me so I can live more simply, less stressfully, while still getting the things done that I need to.
I like the sound of that.

I neeeed this book! With a new baby, I'm realizing the value - more than ever - of keeping life simple. Would be great to have some help to get started. Love the idea of doing it one thing at a time, seems 'doable' :)
ReplyDelete(Emma, I've done all the entry requirements except tweeting, as i'm not on twitter. Hope i'm still eligible!)

Oh I REALLY need this book Emma! I'm trying to find ways to somehow get myself more organised (I'm seriously the most disorganised person on the planet!) and it causes such chaos in my life! I've got my fingers and toes crossed I'm the lucky winner of this give away! :o) I've just signed up to recieve Craving Fresh emails, but am already a facebook fan.
ReplyDeleteAh, this book is so timely! I keep 'trying' to make my life simpler, but it never seems to stay that way :-) God keeps telling me I need to slow down, so any tips on how to prioritise better would be much appreciated Emma.
